Our Thai Fest Beginnings
Each year, our home filled with friends and family across generations, cooking together from the moment they arrived. Fresh herbs, vegetables, and meats were prepared by hand, while rice steamed and spices were ground the traditional way. These gatherings were more than meals. They brought people together through shared effort, culture, and connection, creating a meaningful experience we wanted others to enjoy.
From Frozen Thai Fest To Hot New Idea
One winter, we hosted a Thai Fest on a frozen lake, turning it into a warm meal shared outdoors. That moment sparked a bigger idea. We wanted to bring this same energy into a permanent space. Moving from outdoor gatherings to an indoor restaurant allowed us to create a place where people can come together, enjoy good food, and feel the same sense of connection year-round.
