Our Head Chef, Phunnapat (Adam) Patpabutta, is a Native of Korat, Thailand. He learned to cook with his grandmother Boonme and other family members at a very young age. Sharing this cultural and culinary heritage with others brings immense pride and joy, as it allows people to experience a part of his background and traditions through food, enriching many more lives with his flavorful creations and heartfelt cooking.

 

Adam states, “Cooking for others is truly a special way to share a piece of my heart and culture. The joy and satisfaction I feel when people enjoy my dishes is immensely rewarding to me. It’s not just the cuisine that people savor but also the warmth and hospitality I hope to bring to the table.“

 

 He came to America to pursue his dreams.  It is all of our dreams come true really.
